Apologies to all, it's been a month since my last post. I'm just starting to emerge from the cloud of tired after my month of never-ending travel and crazy work schedule.
It was a great feeling to come home to Jersey after the holidays, which I have to tell you is surprising! As much as I LOVED spending time with my family and friends, and miss them dearly, I must really like it up here. It's starting to feel like home! Great feeling.
My brother David came to visit on Sunday night (he's up here for work) and I think he said it best... he was standing in our living room and said, "this place really fits you guys, I think this is the best of all the places you've lived." Eeeekkk!! So happy to hear that because that is how we feel too! We took him to dinner at our favorite italian place and made ourselves sick on bread and eggplant rollatini. It was awesome to spend time with him, made me so happy to share my life up here with someone from back home! (Kailee, we missed you and felt like you were missing!!! Definitely wasn't the same without you.)
Goal this weekend is to take PICTURES with our camera that Mom Floyd gave us! Thanks Mom!!
